Finding safe food
shouldn't be this hard.
GlutenFreeWhere started with my wife. She was diagnosed with coeliac disease a few years ago, and what followed was a crash course in just how exhausting eating out can be when gluten is genuinely off the table — not "I'm avoiding carbs" off the table, but "one crouton ruins my week" off the table.
Every restaurant trip became a research project. Tabs open, reviews half-read, menus scrutinised, emails sent to venues that never replied. We'd finally pick somewhere, get there, and discover the staff had never heard of cross-contamination. We'd leave without eating.
So I built this.
What we do
GlutenFreeWhere aggregates and curates gluten-free and food-intolerance-friendly restaurants, cafes, and bakeries across European cities. Every listing is either coeliac-accredited, fully gluten-free, or consistently trusted by people who actually live with dietary restrictions.
